Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery timeframes:
• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 6–7 business days
• Economy Shipping: Delivery within 8–11 business days

Shipping costs:
• 30-day and 60-day supplies ship FREE.
• 15-day supply orders do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for these orders are calculated at checkout based on the total weight or price of your order.
• The final shipping charge will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Ship-From Location
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Porter Ranch, California, United States.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Courier
- All orders are shipped via UPS.

Process for Missing Items
- If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at jooce@jooceworks.com. We will investigate with UPS and issue a replacement or refund if necessary.
